Our history

Our Company was founded in Verona in 1995, when the Zonaro brothers set up the first metalworking workshop, initially run as a family business to serve the local industry.

Over the past 30 years, we have evolved into a structured enterprise. We have invested in specialist sheet metal processing technologies, established an industrial-scale organisational model and obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification for our quality management system. Today, we are a technical and manufacturing partner for companies seeking structured expertise, consistent quality and genuine flexibility.

We are based in Castelnuovo del Garda (Verona), in a strategically convenient location on the border between Veneto and Lombardy, with direct access to the A4 and A22 motorways.

Certifications

Organisation, production processes and products

Over time, we have developed a certified and constantly improving structured management system. Well beyond a simple formality, this system makes up a huge part of the way we work. Every certification we hold is a concrete response to our customers’ actual needs: lower risks, greater traceability, and documented quality.

ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management

Our quality management system is certified to Standard ISO 9001:2015. This means that every stage of our production process is monitored, documented and improved over time, for consistent efficiency, reduced waste and reliable deliveries.

UNI-EN-ISO 3834-3 – Welding management

Our manual and robotic welding processes are qualified according to Level 3 of Standard UNI-EN-ISO 3834. This guarantees the quality of our welds and compliance with the most stringent international standards.

EN 1090-1 – CE marking

Our products can be certified with the CE marking in accordance with EN 1090-1, and this is a stringent requirement for structural components intended for the European market. This means that our customers can rely on a supplier that guarantees complete control over the process and full regulatory compliance.

UNI-EN-ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management

Our management system is certified according to ISO 45001, the international standard for occupational health and safety. We systematically identify and reduce risks at every stage of production, involving our employees in continuous improvement. A concrete guarantee of a safe, well-managed workplace.

Legality Rating – 3 stars

We achieved the highest score in the Legality Rating awarded by the AGCM (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato), the Italian Antitrust Authority. This score attests to our transparency, integrity in business dealings and sound corporate management. And for our customers, it provides further assurance about the reliability of the partner they are working with.

Sustainability Report

In our yearly Sustainability Report we provide a transparent account of our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance. Rather than a simple token document, we use this practical tool to measure our progress against the targets we set for ourselves.

Mission

Technical expertise, a systematic approach, and a customer-focused strategy

In today’s increasingly competitive and complex market, we stand out by combining three qualities rarely found together in a single supplier: in-depth technical expertise, a rigorous and methodological project management, and a genuine focus on the needs of our customers.

We manage complex projects by carrying out every stage in-house, from industrialisation to final quality control, with constant checks and according to certified standards. There are many benefits for those who choose to work with us: a single partner for all technical and production matters, less organisational complexity, and optimised lead times.

We organise work shifts and schedules to suit our customers’ needs. This allows us to be flexible without compromising on quality. Small, medium and large production batches are all managed with the same rigour.

Our quality policy

Quality is not just a department, it’s an approach we adopt at every stage of our work. We set out the principles that guide our operational decisions in a document we update and share transparently.
