Industrial surface treatments: a comprehensive and coordinated service
Surface treatments complete the component’s production cycle, enhancing its aesthetic qualities and its corrosion and wear resistance. We manage painting, electroplating and surface finishing treatments through our network of qualified and certified suppliers, coordinated directly by us, so that you can deal with a single partner even at this processing stage, without having to reach out to additional suppliers.
Protection and finishing: available treatments
We manage a comprehensive range of surface treatments, selected according to the material, the application and the customers’ specifications.
- Powder coating: Protective cosmetic treatment applied to carbon steel and aluminium components. It adds corrosion, abrasion and weathering resistance, in a wide range of colours and finishes.
- Electroplating treatments: Electrolytic galvanising and hot-dip galvanising provide effective and long-lasting corrosion protection, and are suited for components that will be used in harsh environments or subject to specific regulations.
- Surface finishes: brushed and satin-finished stainless steel, obtained with both manual and automated processes to achieve high-quality surfaces in line with the project’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
