In addition to our core manufacturing processes, we offer a broad range of specialist processes to complete the production cycle without any additional suppliers required. These processes are part of our single-partner approach, with every stage managed in-house.
Sheet metal calendering
Calendering shapes a flat sheet metal blank into a conical or cylindrical form. This process uses a parallel-axis rollers system that guides the sheet metal along a circular path, with an adjustable radius of curvature based on the component’s specifications.
Our mechanical and hydraulic press brakes can process carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with a reach of up to 2,000 mm wide and 4 mm thick.
Press-fitting of self-locking inserts and clinching
Our semi-automatic stations press self-locking inserts and perform clinching processes. The first technique is employed for installing nuts and bolts (fasteners) without the need for welding, while the second is a cold-joining technique to seam two metal sheets together without a filler, and without subjecting the piece to any thermal changes. Both processes are integrated into our main production line, ensuring seamless and quality results.
