Sheet metal laser cutting
Laser cutting is a high-precision thermal process to produce components with a complex shape starting from flat metal sheets. We choose the right fibre-optic system based on the material, thickness and required production volume, and with this combo we can meet a wide range of requirements while upholding the same high standard of quality.
Sheet metal punching and shearing
Punching and shearing are cold-working processes, without any thermal or chemical deformation of the piece. The punch vertical movement on the lower die, controlled by an automatic positioning arm, produces precise, burr-free shapes in a cost-effective and repeatable manner.
With a special system built into the shears, we can produce rectangular components effortlessly, plus many other operations with our tool magazine, such as countersinking, deep drawing, minor forming and tapping, all within the same production cycle.

Punching and shearing

- Thickness: carbon steel up to 3 mm, aluminium up to 5 mm.
- Reach: up to 4,500×1,500 mm.

Flexible programming
With our built-in CAD/CAM system, we seamlessly transfer design data to the production process. We program our machines in a flexible manner, to manage any changes, variants and prototyping as they come up, with set lead times and costs.
Continuous and automated production
Our systems are automatically fed by a vertical storage system, with fully automated component unloading and palletising. This allows for continuous, optimised production cycles with minimal downtimes.
