Manual and robotic welding
With a welding process, two metal components are permanently joined with localised melting, with or without filler material. Unlike other joining processes, welding ensures the chemical and physical continuity of the joined materials.
We specialise in manual and robotic welding processes for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with processes certified according to UNI-EN-ISO 3834-3 and EN 1090-1.

We can weld metal components of all kinds, using around ten manual workstations and two robotic cells, in accordance with the standards set out in the most stringent international regulations, such as UNI EN ISO 3834 and EN 1090.
Manual and robotic welding: flexibility and precision in every project
We have manual workstations and 2 robotic cells, and with these two complementary approaches we handle a wide variety of components and production volumes.
Manual workstations are flexible and versatile ways to process pieces of any size, even small batches or complex geometries that require the direct intervention of a qualified welder.
While robotic cells allow us to weld components up to 5,000 mm long, with repeatable and consistent cycles for medium and large production runs.
Quality and certifications
Our welding processes are certified according to UNI-EN-ISO 3834-3, which sets out the quality requirements for metallic materials fusion welding. In addition, we operate in accordance with standard EN 1090-1 for the CE marking of steel structures.
We can carry out non-destructive testing – magnetic particle and liquid penetrant testing – at our partner accredited laboratories.
