Sheet metal bending and forming
Bending and forming are mechanical processes that transform a flat semi-finished sheet metal product into the required final shape, by applying controlled forces. The process is controlled by CNC machines with variable bending lengths and forces, selected according to the geometry and production volume.

Wide range of processes
With our wide range of tools we carry out deformations with variable angle amplitudes, and radius and stiffening deformations. Our machine fleet also supports forming and stamping processes for components that require more complex geometries or localised deformations. And thanks to our long-standing partnerships with specialist suppliers, we can develop special tools for non-standard geometries, and offer bespoke solutions even for the most complex projects.

Large and small formats
We process semi-finished products in a wide range of sizes, from small to large scale components. This broad range of formats allows us to meet all kinds of production requirements.
Specifications
- Maximum length: 6,000 mm
- Maximum force: 300 tons
- Folding and pressing table and cambering
Robotic feeding
For batch production, our robotic handling system loads and unloads pieces up to 15 kg and 2000 mm long automatically. This results in a continuous, repeatable production with optimised cycle times, even for large batches.
Flexibility and versatility
With our built-in CAD/CAM system, we seamlessly transfer design data to the production process. We program our units in a flexible manner, to manage any changes, variants and prototyping as they come up, with set lead times and costs.
