1. Custom manufacturing

We manufacture sheet metal components based on our customers’ designs and specifications. We analyse and standardise every order in house. We listen to your requirements, assess any technical feasibility, and come up with practical solutions before production even begins. This creates an optimised process, with fewer reworks and guaranteed lead times.

2. Complete mechanical assembly

We manage the assembly of complete mechanical units, incorporating mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components. We procure and manage all the necessary commercial components ourselves, right through to the finished product, ready to be integrated in your process.

3. Integrated logistics

We coordinate all contract logistics, by sourcing materials when requested, storing and delivering the products, and distributing them. With our proprietary vehicle fleet and flexible warehouse, we can guarantee reliable lead times and reduce your organisational burden.

4. Quality control and testing

Product quality is monitored always, at every stage of the production process, not just at the end. We follow standardised processes certified according to ISO 9001:2015, with full traceability and systematic waste reduction. And when required, we provide test reports and non-destructive testing certificates issued by accredited laboratories.

Technical support and industrialisation

We analyse every situation, before we even begin producing. Our technical team will work closely with you during the project assessment phase to identify the most effective manufacturing solutions and any possible design optimisations. We are not a product design office. We are a technical partner that will turn your requirements into a reliable and repeatable production process.
